**Balaji Katak Batak बद्दल माझं प्रामाणिक मत — अजिबात आवडलं नाही! खरं सांगायचं तर हा प्रोडक्ट खाल्ल्यानंतर एकच प्रश्न पडतो की “हे नक्की कशासाठी बनवलं आहे?” ना चव काही खास, ना texture मध्ये काही वेगळेपणा, ना खाल्ल्यानंतर पुन्हा खावंसं वाटतं. Balaji सारख्या ब्रँडकडून यापेक्षा खूप चांगल्या quality आणि taste ची अपेक्षा असते. असं वाटतंय की “उगाच काहीतरी नवीन काढायचं म्हणून काहीतरी काढलं”. Product बनवताना taste आणि customer ला खरंच आवडेल का याचा विचार केला आहे का, असा प्रश्न पडतो.
माझ्या मते Katak Batak मध्ये*ना proper flavour आहे, ना satisfying taste. एकदा try केलं आणि झालं—पुन्हा घेण्याची इच्छा अजिबात झाली नाही.
Balaji चे इतर काही snacks चांगले आहेत, पण **Katak Batak मात्र माझ्यासाठी पूर्णपणे disappointing आहे.** पैसे खर्च करून घेतल्यानंतर “हे घेतलंच कशाला?” अशी feeling आली. नवीन product launch करणे चांगली गोष्ट आहे, पण **फक्त नवीन म्हणून काहीतरी market मध्ये आणण्यापेक्षा product ची चव, quality आणि customer experience यावर थोडं जास्त लक्ष दिलं असतं तर बरं झालं असतं.**
