I purchased a packet of Balaji Healthy Bites Khakhra from Sarkhej, Ahmedabad. After opening the packet, I found several black, hair-like foreign particles on the khakhra. This is extremely concerning for a packaged food product.

I am not looking for a refund or replacement. I want the company to take this matter seriously, investigate the quality of the product, and ensure that such issues do not happen again.

I have kept the product packaging and photographs as evidence. If this complaint is not addressed properly, I will escalate the matter to the **FSSAI and the concerned food safety authorities.

Balaji Team, please treat this as a serious food safety complaint and provide a proper response.

Excellent product.But delivery takes more than a week.That should improve
